This Monday I have 15 things for you!

1. FREE CLASSES!!!! COME VISIT MY FRIEND AND I AT OUT TEMPORARY LOCATION!!! FREE CLASSES!!!!

I have Teamed up with CO2 Fit and we have a temporary location to do all sorts of fun stuff! We are offering several classes over the next few weeks. You can reserve your spot here ! Make sure to also look under special events for more classes. (Class must have a minimum of 3 people ) Hope to see you!

2. Happy Birthday to my Girl Tammy! I hope it is amazing my dear! Wish we could celebrate before our breakfast date next week! Love ya!!!
3. I got together this morning with a couple lovely ladies and we worked out together just with something I made up. We had fun ( I think you ladies did right?!?! ) But man I was ready to yell at myself :)! Next time I will take a picture! It really was THE BEST way to start Monday! Thank you Kim and Chrissie for joining me!
4. Thank you to this amazing lady ....I FINALLY made hard boiled eggs that would peel! SUCCESS!!!! THANK YOU +Jennifer!!!!


5. I am currently making a list of recipes
 I will be trying tomorrow (or later this week) anyone heard of any good ones I should try?

8. So this weekend Steve took out a sliding glass door that was the wall on one side of our living room and built a wall and put french doors in. I looked for a picture of what it use to look like and I couldn't find one but this is what it looks like now.... 
Sorry this picture is so dark my camera was being stupid.....

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the change and am so appreciative that he spend his whole weekend putting in these doors!

 I mean the sign says it all! But if you are looking for something to take you to your next fitness level, look no further! Sessions start June 3rd and run for 6 weeks! This program has changed my fitness QUICKLY!!!! I would SO love to train with you! email me at Amcneil@macrichmond.com for more info! ( I know a few people who should be doing this , and you don't have to be a member at the MAC, so don't make me call you out!!! )

10. I am currently making a bucket list of all the cool workout classes I want to try this summer. This is my list so far....

-SUP with +nicole gelineau 
-SUP Yoga
-Crossfit with +Jennifer 
-Aerial Yoga ( anyone know where I can try this?!?! ) 
-Jumpology class

Anyone have any other great ideas?!?!

11. This weekend I helped host the CO2 Challenge in RVA. Even though it was raining in the morning we had SO much fun! 

THANK you to everyone who joined us! We are already looking forward to our next one! 

12. Have you seen this Jimmy Fallon Skit?!? 

Our family is doing this at our next get together! Anyone have any good song suggestions?!?!? This girl needs to practice!!

13. I mad some delicious coconut pancakes for myself this weekend 

14. Happy Birthday to Julia! ( Or as the girls still refer to her Baby JuJu who isn't a baby anymore) We miss her and the rest of her family so much and don't get to see them hardly ever. But LOVE them like family!
 Happy Birthday Julia! Can't believe you are 6 already! We Love you!!! Smooches!!!!

10 more things for this rainy Monday!

11....I Missed Hot Yoga
So I got Coffee......

That's the same thing right?!?! Then I came home and did Yoga.....I mean I am certified :)

12.I started using Spotify. Any tips or things I should know I would LOVE to hear! I'm sure I am missing out on some cool features.

13.EXCITING THINGS ARE COMING!!!!! I can't give out too many details but there are some exciting things coming so make sure you have liked my Facebook Page and please share it with friends! I am REALLY super excited for things coming!!!!

14. I had a FABULOUS Saturday morning Body Pump Class and then I got to grab a quick cup of coffee with this amazing lady!
AMAZING Start to a day!!!

15. We are starting 2 new small group training teams at Midlothian Athletic Club. They are both 6 week training programs with 4 different sessions a week! 


               TRX Sessions will be Coached be either myself or Tracy Brooks 
Train like you've never trained before to get results you've never had before!

Grit Sessions are 30mins down and dirty training....Check out this video to get a taste of what you are in for.

We have rates for members and non-members!

17. So I was most excited about being the fashion show to get my make-up done because .... well I don't really do all that much. I was excited for someone to make me look gorgeous...let's just say they failed. The only other time I have gone to have someone do my make-up and hair I couldn't wash my face fast enough....SO Anyone know an AMAZING make-up artist? I would love to have someone do my make-up and break this awful streak I am having! Or even if you are great at it and want to make me over I'll provide wine :) Just thought I'd throw it out there!

18. I am Beyond SUPER DUPER EXCITED for my Body Jam class tonight!!! This Rainy Monday is in need of some good booty shaking!!! We have ways for non-members to join us ( Class Cards are AWESOME!! ) Message me I would SOOOOO love to dance with you tonight!



19. True Fact: If I don't finish this soon I will miss my daughters school bus!!!!

I'm Happy! :)

I was just sitting here finishing some emails when I took a deep breath and prepped myself to mentally run through the rest of my day and tomorrow.

Mentally I ran through all my to do's for today and tomorrow and thought, well I'll be busy but not too bad. Then I ran through all I had already done today, Took another breath, and Smiled.

I just sat their and smiled and realized how happy I am, and smiled probably looking ridiculous especially since I am the only one in the house, some good chill music playing (  at this exact moment it's "Is this Love" Bob Marley ) the windows are open & I'm not sneezing !!!! Then I  started to run through some things that just randomly popped in my head that make my heart smile in this moment!

1. Of Course this collection of people .... 

2. How much better I feel. health-wise. I fully contribute it to some life changes I made and the diet changes I have made! I can not even find the words to full explain the magnitude of the difference!

3. Something else I contribute to this new state I'm in is Yoga....There is TOTALLY something to this! If you don't Yoga you should!!!

4. I LOVE my job! I work with so many AMAZING people! I go home so many days and just rave about the amazing people I work with! I am beyond blessed to work at MAC and have the job I have!!! But even more I get to workout for my job! I get to help change people's lives EVERY day. I get to play and smile and have fun. Really I have a great job!

5. Still on the job thing....I get to walk to work! That may not seem cool to you, but I can't remember a time I didn't want to live somewhere I could walk to work and other places I needed to go! I count this as a HUGE blessing to me!

6. Laying in the hammock on a warm day and feeling a cool breeze, listening to the birds and geese talk and just enjoying the moment!

And then a million other things I am blessed with! Amazing Friends, listening to my girls laugh, the ability to go out and run. ect ect ect.

20 Things for a Monday

Hmmm what 20 awesome things can I come up with today?!?!

This is really hard because I have several things I want to write about but I want to make sure I actually cover all the things I want to discuss so let's see how this goes....

1. Friday I went to Hot Vinyasa Yoga with my BFF. I have never sweat so much in my life and I am totally obsessed with HOT Yoga

2. I am beyond choreography overload. Thank you Les Mills my brain is now complete and utter mush!!! 

3. I have decided I am suppose to be a training junkie SO I am open to donations of this very expensive obsession I have! I'm NOT kidding!!! :)

4. Kudos to my husband who had the girls all weekend and was on call. He managed it well and even cleaned the house!!!!

5. I drank WAY too much coffee this weekend and am paying for it now. If I would just drink my water like I should instead of coffee I would be fine....SMH!

6. I missed the chance to go to Mom Prom ( yes it's a real thing! ) But some of my favorite ladies went and had a blast!!!  
Next Year I am TOTALLY joining them!

7. I have realized I get upset when supposed "health foods" put crap in nobody needs! What's the point?!?! If you make the effort to be a clean product why did you have throw that last stupid ingredient in!!! See it's upsetting me just writing about it! 

8. I met some TRULY amazing people this weekend and feel very blessed! ( More stories in a later blog! )

9. This week is FREE FRIENDS week at my Gym Midlothian Athletic Club Come join us for some fun classes and LAUNCH Week! 

10. I got bit by a spider!                                                                                     I HATE Spiders!!!

11. I am currently so tired I could sleep until next Monday.... ok maybe not but DAMN am I tired! 

12. In conjunction, I can't stop eating! Hungry doesn't even start to cover it yet I am pretty sure if I drink my big glass of water sitting next to me I will no longer be hungry and most likely feel more awake...Moral of the story...Drink more water!

13. I am now on a journey to find awesome Yoga music and not the normal stuff....What's your favorite out of the norm yoga music?!?!

14. I JUST realized I have been gluten, dairy, sugar & soy free for 6 weeks now! I'll be honest and thought I would have cheated by now! Going strong, LOVING it, and don't plan to return to that  crap "stuff"

15. I learned there is a nudist colony in VA. WHAT?!?! It's called White Tail Resort. Road Trip?!?!

16.  I am looking for the opportunity to provide 8 yoga classes for free. Let me know if you or someone you may know are interested for their work, group, ect!

17. I know I've talked a lot about yoga this post but it's literally ALL I did this weekend... This was my FABULOUS Yoga trainer.

18. Somehow my girls can find a way to take a 1 hour cleaning job into a 12 hour cleaning job and still not finish...HOW IS THAT EVEN Possible?!?!

20. I made the MOST delicious dinner last night! According to my girls it was the most delicious meal EVER!
